Your Eating Plan

So how does it work?  After you fill out the questionnaire, it will be analyzed
by Certified, Licensed Professionals.  Once they have determined your
patterns and created a profile based on your answers, your plan will be
developed.  The plan will be based on a specific macro-nutrient ratio
(carbohydrates, protein and fat) and a calorie base that will allow for healthy
weight loss.  Your plan will be emailed to you along with information
describing your plan and a food check list.

Your plan will be easy to follow and you won't even need to count calories!  It
will all be calculated for you!!

1.  Your experience with past diets.  What did you like or dislike about them?
Were you able to follow the diet? What worked or didn't work for you? How
did you feel physically and emotionally while on the diet?

2.  Your preferences.  Are you hungrier in the afternoon?  Do you crave
carbohydrates in the morning?  Do you need a snack at night?

3.  Other considerations. Do you have a health condition, such as diabetes,
heart disease or allergies? Do you have specific cultural or ethnic
requirements or preferences when it comes to food? These are important
factors.

4.  Your ability/desire to exercise.  Do you have time daily to exercise?  Are you
too busy to exercise?  Do you need to start slow or are you ready to jump in?

5.  Your favorite foods.  Is there something you can't live without?  Do you
